525 Main Street S

What a remarkable renovation on this historical 1913 classic! This home was brought down to its studs since purchasing in 2009 and renovated thoughtfully and beautifully to keep many of the charming characteristics from the original build, including the coffered ceilings, built-in cabinets and buffet, and tall wood baseboards. A fence was added to this corner lot where there is ample room for gardening, playing and entertaining. There is additional acreage beyond the fence line in the back. The full basement has tall ceilings for a home of this age and is unfinished. To bring the home into the 21st century, the home now has central air conditioning and a furnace, new electrical, new plumbing, etc. This home is ready for you to be the new homeowner!
